ZAGG Inc. (Nasdaq: ZAGG) 26% HIGHER; announced that they plan on exceed $20 million in revs for the third quarter, and now guides for full year 2010 revenue growth of 70%. The street is looking for Q310 sales of $14.6 million. The stock is currently halted, but was halted after the news came out.
Apollo Group (Nasdaq: APOL) 14% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $1.31, ex-items, 1 cent better than the analyst estimate of $1.30. Revenue for the quarter was $1.26 billion, which compares to the estimate of $1.26 billion. Withdraws FY11 guidance.
Universal Forest Products Inc. (Nasdaq: UFPI) 12.2% LOWER; reports Q3 GAAP EPS of $0.13, versus the $0.51 reported in the same quarter last year. Revenue for the quarter was $480.6 million, which compares to the estimate of $566.71 million. Sees current challenging conditions through 2010.
Charming Shoppes, Inc. (Nasdaq: CHRS) 9% LOWER; announces that their CEO, James P. Fogarty, is stepping down from his position. Fogarty has also resigned from the Board. Executive Vice-President of Global Sourcing and Business Transformation Anthony M. Romano has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer.
