Edge Petroleum Corporation (Nasdaq: EPEX) 14% LOWER; received notice from The Nasdaq Stock Market that the Company's common stock and 5.75% series A cumulative convertible perpetual preferred stock will be delisted from the Exchange at the opening of business on October 13, 2009 pursuant to the Exchange's Listing Rules 5100, 5110(b) and IM-5100-1, and a Form 25-NSE will be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, which will remove the Company's securities from listing and registration on the Exchange.
Pacific Continental Corporation (Nasdaq: PCBK) 6.7% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.02, versus the analyst estimate of $0.16. Revenue for the quarter was $14.8 million, which compares to the estimate of $14.37 million.

Sees Q3 loss $0.04 to break even, versus a consensus of $0.00.
Stereotaxis, Inc. (Nasdaq: STXS) 3.5% LOWER; announced today that it intends, subject to market and other conditions, to offer up to $25 million of its common stock in a registered public offering pursuant to its existing shelf registration statement under the Securities Act of 1933. Stereotaxis also intends to grant the underwriters of the offering an option to purchase additional shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any.
