Onyx (Nasdaq: ONXX) 9.5% LOWER; delaying its NDA for carfilzomib based on a recent CMC meeting. The FDA requested added CMC information. Onyx expects to file an NDA for accelerated approval as early as mid-2011. The company has said the clinical profile of carfilzomib has not changed.

Navios Partners expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase an additional 825,000 common units to cover over-allotments, if any. Navios Partners expects to use the net proceeds from the public offering to fund its fleet expansion and/or for general partnership purposes.

Micron Technology, Inc. (NYSE: MU) 2.3% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.32, 7 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.39. Revenue for the quarter was $2.49 billion, which compares to the estimate of $2.67 billion.
