TranSwitch Corporation (Nasdaq: TXCC) 9.9% LOWER; lowers Q3 revs guidance to about $12.8 million, down from $13.5 - $14.5 million previously. Consensus sees $14 million. Company continues to expect its non-GAAP gross margin to be approximately 53%. Non-GAAP net income for Q310 is expected to be break-even.
