Accuride (NYSE: ACW) 8% LOWER; narrows its FY11 sales guidance from $950 million-$1 billion to $950-$975 million, which compares to the Street estimate of $976.9 million. EPS guidance slashed from $0.40-$0.50 to a loss of $0.05 to a gain of $0.04. The Street is currently looking for $0.24.

Flotek Industries, Inc. (NYSE: FTK) 5.3% HIGHER; issued the following select financial and operational data today in conjunction with the Company's presentation at the Independent Petroleum Association of America's San Francisco Oil & Gas Investment Symposium. As presented on the Company's second quarter earnings conference call, the Company had July revenues of approximately $23 million. In addition, the Company announced today that August revenues were approximately $25 million. Flotek also announced that as of September 20, 2011, the Company had a cash balance of approximately $23 million compared to approximately $15 million as of June 30, 2011. In August, the Company made its regular semi-annual interest payment on its convertible debt of approximately $2.9 million.

Integrated Device Technology, Inc.(NASDAQ: IDTI) 5% LOWER; today updated its projections for the fiscal second quarter of 2012 which were previously provided in its quarterly earnings call on August 1, 2011. The Company currently anticipates revenue for the fiscal second quarter of 2012 to be between $138 million and $141 million, down 7 to 9 percent sequentially. Prior projections for the fiscal second quarter of 2012 were for revenue to be in the range of $147 million to $153 million. The Street is currently at $149.41 million

ONEOK Partners, L.P. (NYSE: OKS) 3.4% HIGHER; today announced that its 2012 net income is expected to increase 20 percent compared with the partnership's current 2011 earnings guidance that was updated Aug. 2, 2011. ONEOK Partners' 2012 net income is expected to be in the range of $740 million to $800 million compared with its current 2011 guidance range of $630 million to $660 million.

Measurement Specialties Inc. (NASDAQ: MEAS) 3.3% HIGHER; will replace MedCath Corp. (NASDAQ: MDTH) in the S&P SmallCap 600 index after the close of trading on Monday, October 3.

Pluristem Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: PSTI) 3.3% LOWER; filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to sell, from time to time, up to $150 million of Common Stock, Preferred Stock, Warrants, Units, or a combination thereof.

Babcock & Wilcox Co. (NYSE: BWC) 1.9% LOWER; hedge fund Mason Capital disclosed a 11.73%, or 13,811,906 share, stake in the company. This is up 17.62% from the 11,742,531 shares held at the end of the latest quarter ending June 30, 2011.

IAC/InterActive Corp. (Nasdaq: IACI) 0.7% LOWER; In a Form 8-K disclosed, effective Sept. 22, 2011, Chelsea Clinton and Sonali De Rycker have been named to the company's Board of Directors.
