CPI International (Nasdaq: CPII) 7.8% LOWER; Comtech Telecommunications and CPI Int'l today announced that, effective as of September 7, 2010, they have terminated the Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated May 8, 2010, among Comtech, Angels Acquisition Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of Comtech, and CPI. The termination was by mutual agreement of the companies and was unanimously approved by the boards of directors of both Comtech and CPI.
Mitcham Industries (Nasdaq: MIND) 6.7% HIGHER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.04, 10 cents better than the analyst estimate of ($0.06). Revenue for the quarter was $15.2 million, which compares to the estimate of $13.10 million. Gross margins were 31%.
AngioDynamics (Nasdaq: ANGO) 6.6% LOWER; issues preliminary Q1 EPS of 7-8c on sales of $51.5 million. The Street is currently looking for quarterly EPS of 10c on sales of $54.38 million.
RTI Biologics (Nasdaq: RTIX) 6.5% HIGHER; lowers its FY10 EPS guidance from 15-17c to 10-12c and its sales guidance from $174.5-$177.5 million to $165-$168 million. The Street is currently looking for EPS of 11c on sales of $168.09 million. The guidance comes amid a distribution pact with Zimmer Dental.

Focus Media Holding Limited (Nasdaq: FMCN) 4.7% LOWER; today disclosed the underwritten public offering of 8.1 million of its American depositary shares held by JJ Media, an entity wholly owned by Jason Nanchun Jiang, the chairman of Focus Media.
UDR Inc. (NYSE: UDR) 4.4% LOWER; has announced that it will purchase five operating communities/venture in California, Maryland and Massachusetts for a total of $455.1 million. Additionally, UDR has announced that it will offer up to 13.5 million shares of common stock. The company expects to use proceeds from the offering to repay debt.
DJSP Enterprises Inc. (Nasdaq: DJSP) 3.7% LOWER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.28, ex-items, 1 cent lower than the analyst estimate of $0.29. Revenue for the quarter was $56.1 million, which compares to the estimate of $64.37 million.
Inergy, L.P. (NYSE: NRGY) 3.6% LOWER; commences 8,500,000 common unit offering. Inergy, L.P. also intends to grant the underwriters the option to purchase up to 1,275,000 additional common units to cover over-allotments, if any.
Altera (Nasdaq: ALTR) 3.5% HIGHER; raises its Q3 sales guidance from up 4-8% previously to 10-14% over Q2.
Flow International (Nasdaq: FLOW) 2.8% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.00, ex-items, 3 cents better than the analyst estimate of ($0.03). Revenue for the quarter was $46.6 million, which compares to the estimate of $44.38 million.
NiSource (NYSE: NI) 2.4% LOWER; reports a stock offering for up to $400 million in common shares.
Exterran Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: EXH) 2.2% LOWER; and Exterran Partners, L.P. (Nasdaq: EXLP) files a prospectus with the U.S. SEC for a 4,600,000 common unit secondary offering.
