Halozyme Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: HALO) 55.0% LOWER; announced that the Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER) of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has issued a complete response letter (CRL) for Baxter's (NYSE: BAX) HyQ Biologics License Application (BLA). HyQ is an investigational product that includes plasma-derived Immune Globulin (IG) 10% and Halozyme's recombinant human hyaluronidase (rHuPH20) for subcutaneous administration in patients with primary immunodeficiency disease. The letter requested additional preclinical data to support the BLA.
First Solar, Inc. (NASDAQ: FSLR) 20.3% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $1.27, $0.36 better than the analyst estimate of $0.91. Revenue for the quarter came in at $957 million versus the consensus estimate of $817.59 million. Sees FY2012 EPS of $4.20-$4.70, versus prior guidance of $4.00-$4.50 and the consensus of $3.95. First Solar, Inc. sees FY2012 revenue of $3.6-$3.9 billion, versus prior guidance of $3.5-$3.8 billion and the consensus of $3.48 billion.
Abercrombie & Fitch Co. (NYSE: ANF) 16.8% LOWER; comps down 10% in July. Cuts FY12 EPS from $3.50 - $3.75 down to $2.50 - $2.75, versus consensus views of $3.39.
Weight Watchers Int'l (NYSE: WTW) 14.1% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $1.36, in-line with the analyst estimate of $1.36. Revenue for the quarter came in at $484.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $497.54 million. Sees FY2012 EPS of $4.00-$4.20, versus prior guidance of $4.60-$4.80 and the consensus of $4.61.
Cavium (NASDAQ: CAVM) 13.6% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.07, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.02. Revenue for the quarter came in at $55.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $55.05 million.

(NASDAQ: ZUMZ) 11.2% LOWER; announced that total net sales for the four-week period ended July 28, 2012 increased 21.5% to $47.0 million, compared to $38.7 million for the four-week period ended July 30, 2011. The Company's comparable store sales increased 7.5% for the four-week period on top of a comparable store sales increase of 4.9% in the year ago period.
Trimble Navigation Ltd (NASDAQ: TRMB) 8.8% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.72, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.70. Revenue for the quarter came in at $517.56 million versus the consensus estimate of $511.98 million.

Canaccord Genuity is acting as sole book-running manager and Roth Capital Partners is acting as co-manager. Solta Medical expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15 percent of the shares of common stock offered in the public offering solely to cover over-allotments, if any.
