After-Hours Movers 07/05: (XRTX) Higher; (INFA) (STX) (WDC) (TIBX) Lower

Informatica's (Nasdaq: INFA) 26.4% LOWER; offered preliminary Q2 results. Informatica now sees quarterly sales of $188-$190 million, which compares to the Street estimate of $217.15 million. EPS will be in the range of 27-28 cents, which compares to the Street estimate of 37 cents. The Board is adding $100 million to its buyback program.

Seagate Technology (NYSE: STX) 5.6% LOWER; reported preliminary fourth-quarter sales of about $4.5 billion and non-GAAP gross margin of 33.6 percent. The company had previously expected quarterly sales to be "at least" $5 billion with non-GAAP gross margin of 34.5 percent. Unit shipments will be about 66 million.

Xyratex, Ltd. (NASDAQ: XRTX) 5.1% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.32, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.29. Revenue for the quarter came in at $322.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $327.03 million. Sees Q3 2012 non-GAAP EPS of $0.39-$0.77, versus the consensus of $0.47. Sees Q3 2012 revenue of $313-$373 million, versus the consensus of $350.05 million.

Western Digital (NYSE: WDC) 4.9% LOWER;

TIBCO Software (Nasdaq: TIBX) 2.1% LOWER; trading lower amid Informatica's warning.

Citrix (Nasdaq: CTXS) 2% LOWER; trading lower amid Informatica's warning.

SAP (NYSE: SAP) 0.8% LOWER; see TIBCO above.

EMC (NYSE: EMC) 0.8% LOWER; traders likely selling the stock as a play on Seagate's warning.

Haverty Furniture Companies (NYSE: HVT) 0.5% LOWER; reports sales of $151.5 million in June, an increase of 5.9 percent. Comps were up 5.6 percent for the month.
