Flow International Corp (NASDAQ: FLOW) 12.7% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.06, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.05. Revenue for the quarter came in at $63.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $63.34 million.

Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. (NYSE: ETP) 3.7% LOWER; has commenced a public offering of 13,500,000 common units representing limited partner interests, with a 30-day option for the underwriters to purchase up to an additional 2,025,000 common units.
Splunk Inc. (Nasdaq: SPLK) 1.8% LOWER; filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to sell, from time to time, up to $300 million of its Common Stock on behalf of a Selling Shareholder.
Omnova Solutions, Inc. (NYSE: OMN) 1.4% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.16, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.15. Revenue for the quarter came in at $307.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $317 million.
RadioShack Corp. (NYSE: RSH) 1.2% LOWER; said that on June 26, 2012, Mr. Scott E. Young resigned as Executive Vice PresidentâChief Merchandise Officer of the Company.
Hutchinson Technology Incorporated (Nasdaq: HTCH) INDICATED LOWER; shipped approximately 100 million suspension assemblies during its fiscal 2012 third quarter ended June 24, 2012, compared to 96.9 million in the preceding quarter, but below its previous guidance of 105 million to 115 million. The company said that its shipments in the last five weeks of its fiscal third quarter declined more than 15 percent compared to the first eight weeks of the quarter, as demand from its customers softened.
