Omeros (Nasdaq: OMER) 14.6% LOWER; announces a public stock offering of common shares. The company will grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15 percent of the shares of common stock to cover overallotments.
Aerovironment, Inc. (NASDAQ: AVAV) 8.8% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.80, $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of $0.71. Revenue for the quarter came in at $110.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $112.05 million. Sees FY2013 EPS of $1.41-$1.51, versus the consensus of $1.44. Sees FY2013 revenue of $348-$370 million, versus the consensus of $349.42 million.
