Rosetta Genomics (Nasdaq: ROSG) 6.5% LOWER; filed to offer up to $35,000,000 in ordinary shares.

Seagate Technology plc (NASDAQ: STX) 4.8% HIGHER; will replace Progress Energy, Inc. (NYSE: PGN) in the S&P 500 index after the close of trading on Friday, June 29.

Apollo Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: APOL) 4.5% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $1.20, $0.23 better than the analyst estimate of $0.97. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.13 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.12 billion. Raises its FY12 sales guidance from $4.1-$4.3 billion to $4.2-$4.3 billion, which compares to the Street estimate of $4.28 billion. Sees operating income of $700-$740 million.

Synnex Corp. (NYSE: SNX) 3.8% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.90, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.90. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.48 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.51 billion. Sees Q3 2012 EPS of $0.91-$0.95, versus the consensus of $1.00. Synnex Corp. sees Q3 2012 revenue of $2.55-$2.65 billion, versus the consensus of $2.68 billion.
