Revenue for the quarter came in at $50.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $50.4 million. Sees Q4 2012 revenue of $40-$45 million, versus the consensus of $48.07 million.

La-Z-Boy, Inc. (NYSE: LZB) 5.9% HIGHER; reported Q4 GAAP EPS of $0.37, which does not compare to the analyst estimate of $0.26. The profit includes a $0.19 per share in anti-dumping duties. Revenue for the quarter came in at $327.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $333.72 million. Same-store written sales were up 10 percent.

Chimera Investment Corporation (NYSE: CIM) 4.8% LOWER; has estimated that as of March 31, 2012, its GAAP book value was $3.03 per share and its economic book value was $2.76 per share. In calculating book value according to GAAP, the underlying securities transferred to certain re-securitization transactions are consolidated, fair valued and presented as if they were still owned by the Company. Adobe Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADBE) 4.2% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.60, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.59. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.12 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.11 billion. Sees Q3 2012 EPS of $0.56-$0.61, versus the consensus of $0.61. Adobe Systems, Inc. sees Q3 2012 revenue of $1.075-$1.13 million, versus the consensus of $1.13 million. Sees FY12 adj-EPS of $2.40-$2.46, which compares to the Street estimate of $2.44. The company previously guided earnings to $2.38-$2.48 per share. Sees sales up 6-7 percent, compared to prior guidance of 6-8 percent growth.

Sunstone Hotel Investors, Inc. (NYSE: SHO) 2.1% LOWER; announced today that it plans to sell 11,000,000 shares of its common stock in an at-the-market underwritten public offering pursuant to its effective shelf registration statement previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The underwriter will be granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,650,000 shares of common stock.

Jabil Circuit, Inc. (NYSE: JBL) 2% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.64, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.65. Revenue for the quarter came in at $4.25 billion versus the consensus estimate of $4.29 billion. Sees Q4 EPS of $0.54 - $0.66 sales of $4.1 - $4.35 billion, versus consensus views of $0.68 and $4.37 billion.
