Aegerion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: AEGR) 6.3% LOWER; intends to offer for sale its common stock in an underwritten public offering. All shares in the offering are being sold by Aegerion.
Raptor Pharmaceutical Corp. (Nasdaq: RPTP) 4.1% HIGHER; today announced that the U.S. FDA has accepted for filing the Company's New Drug Application for its investigational drug candidate, Cysteamine Bitartrate Delayed-release Capsules ("RP103"), for the potential treatment of nephropathic cystinosis. The FDA has granted Standard Review designation for RP103.
Ctrip.com International, Ltd. (Nasdaq: CTRP) 3.8% HIGHER; announced that the board of the Company has approved a new share repurchase program whereby Ctrip may purchase its own American depositary shares with an aggregate value of up to US$300 million.
SUPERVALU (NYSE: SVU) 2.2% HIGHER; continuing higher in the post-market session following a Bloomberg report earlier which highlighted the company as a potential takeover target.
