GT Solar International, Inc. (NASDAQ: SOLR) 5.4% HIGHER; raised its Q1 sales of about $225 million, up sharply from prior guidance of $140-$150 million and compared to the Street consensus of $155.7 million. Gross margin expected to be 43-44 percent, up from previous outlook of about 37 percent. The company also reaffirmed its FY12 guidance.

Majesco Entertainment Company (NASDAQ: COOL) 3.5% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.05 and non-GAAP EPS of $0.13, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.07. Revenue for the quarter came in at $32.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $25.5 million.

Haynes International Inc. (NASDAQ: HAYN) 3.4% HIGHER; will replace Volcom Inc. (NASDAQ VLCM) in the S&P SmallCap 600 index after the close of trading on Thursday, June 16, 2011.

Kinder Morgan Energy Partners LP (NYSE: KMP) 2.3% LOWER; disclosed it has begun an offering of 6.7 million units. The company will give underwriters an option to purchase an additional 1.005 million units in order to cover over-allotments.

Danaher (NYSE: DHR) 1.7% LOWER; announces a 17.5 million share equity offering of common stock.

IDT Corporation (NYSE: IDT) 1% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.31, versus $0.58 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $397 million versus the consensus estimate of $386 million.

Cracker Barrel (Nasdaq: CBRL) 0.7% HIGHER; In a 13D filing after the close Monday, Biglari Holdings disclosed a new 9.7 percent stake (2,236,134 shares) in Cracker Barrel. The fund did not previously show a stake in the company.
