Mens Wearhouse, Inc. (NYSE: MW) 15.8% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.52, $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.55. Revenue for the quarter came in at $536.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $593.9 million. Sees Q2 2012 EPS of $1.12-$1.13, versus the consensus of $1.22. Mens Wearhouse, Inc. sees FY2012 EPS of $2.70-$2.78, versus the consensus of $2.80.
OXiGENE, Inc. (Nasdaq: OXGN) 12.7% HIGHER; announced the publication of key clinical data from a Phase 1 trial combining fosbretabulin (ZYBRESTAT, combretastatin A4 phosphate, or CA4P), its lead vascular disrupting agent (VDA), with the anti-VEGF antibody bevacizumab (Avastin) to treat patients with advanced solid tumors, without the use of any cytotoxic chemotherapy, and receiving only the combined two anti-vascular drugs. Tuesday Morning's (Nasdaq: TUES) 9% LOWER; CEO Kathleen Mason has been relieved of her duties. The company expects to name a new CEO within the next several months. Michael Marchetti has been named interim CEO. Sheldon Stein also resigned from the company's Board. The company has revised its FY12 EPS guidance to 13-15 cents and its sales guidance to $810-$815 million. The company had previously guided FY12 EPS in the range of 22-26 cents on sales of $828-$834 million. The Street is currently expecting FY12 EPS of 14 cents on sales of $814.40 million.
Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: ABR) 7.5% LOWER; has commenced a public offering of 3,500,000 shares of its common stock. In connection with the offering, the Company intends to grant the underwriter an option for 30 days to purchase up to an additional 525,000 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments.
Pall Corp. (NYSE: PLL) 5% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.70, $0.10 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.80. Revenue for the quarter came in at $715.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $725.17 million.
Amerco, Inc. (NASDAQ: UHAL) 4.6% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.29, versus $0.52 reported last year.
Harry Winston Diamond Corp (NYSE: HWD) 4.5% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.14, $0.05 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.19. Revenue for the quarter came in at $192.5 million, versus $143.9 million reported last year.
CACI (Nasdaq: CACI) 3.6% HIGHER; reaffirmed its FY12 outlook. Sees FY13 EPS of $6.60-$6.90, which compares to the Street estimate of $5.69, on sales of $3.8-$4 billion, which compares to the Street estimate of $3.87 billion. The company also announced CEO Paul Cofoni will retire on December 1st, 2012. Daniel Allen will be President and CEO, while John Mengucci will take over the COO role. Also authorized the repurchase of up to 4 million shares of common stock.
C&J Energy Services, Inc. (NYSE: CJES) 3.4% HIGHER; today announced that it has entered into a definitive purchase agreement to acquire all of the outstanding equity interests of Casedhole Holdings, Inc. and its operating subsidiaries, including Casedhole Solutions, Inc., for approximately $272.5 million in cash, subject to customary closing adjustments.
Annies, Inc. (NYSE: BNNY) 2.8% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.24, $0.13 better than the analyst estimate of $0.11. Revenue for the quarter came in at $43 million versus the consensus estimate of $28.6 million. Sees Fy13 adj-EPS of 78-82c on sales growth of 16-19 percent.
