Exide Technologies (Nasdaq: XIDE) 15.3% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.15, $0.10 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.25. Revenue for the quarter came in at $774.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $756 million. Sees FY12 operating income to be in the range of $160 million to $170 million.

Vera Bradley, Inc. (NASDAQ: VRA) 9% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.25, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.27. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.01 billion versus the consensus estimate of $100.23 million. Sees Q2 2012 EPS of $0.27-$0.29, versus the consensus of $0.26. Sees Q2 2012 revenue of $95-$98 million, versus the consensus of $94.85 million. Sees FY2012 EPS of $1.27-$1.30, versus the consensus of $1.28. ATA, Inc. (NASDAQ: ATAI) 7.7% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.04), $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.08). Revenue for the quarter came in at $7.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $6.13 million. Sees FY2012 revenue of $60.3-$63.4 million, versus the consensus of $55.35 million.

Esterline Technologies Corp. (NYSE: ESL) 3.3% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $1.47, $0.37 better than the analyst estimate of $1.10. Revenue for the quarter came in at $435.28 million versus the consensus estimate of $412.22 million.

Horizon Lines, Inc. (NYSE: HRZ) 2.5% HIGHER; said it and holders of the majority of its 4.25% convertible senior notes have entered into agreements for a deal to refinance the company's entire capital structure. Click here to see the full report.

21Vianet Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: VNET) 1.2% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.06). Revenue for the quarter came in at $32.2 million, up 125% over last year.
