SeaChange (Nasdaq: SEAC) 22% HIGHER; shares have jumped after-hours as the WSJ is reporting Arris Group (Nasdaq: ARRS) is said to be in talks to buy SeaChange.

rue21, Inc. (NASDAQ: RUE) 15.3% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.38, $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of $0.29. Revenue for the quarter came in at $172.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $166.35 million. Sees Q2 2011 EPS of $0.30-$0.32, versus the consensus of $0.31. rue21, Inc. sees FY2011 EPS of $1.50-$1.54, versus prior guidance of $1.40-$1.44 and the consensus of $1.43.

Marvell Technology Group Ltd (NASDAQ: MRVL) 9.1% HIGHER; reported Q1 adjusted EPS of $0.29, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.30.
