Advanced Analogic Technologies Incorporated (NASDAQ: AATI) 54% HIGHER; Skyworks Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ: SWKS) has entered a definitive agreement to acquire the company for a nominal price of $6.13 per share.

SeaChange (Nasdaq: SEAC) 22% HIGHER; shares have jumped after-hours as the WSJ is reporting Arris Group (Nasdaq: ARRS) is said to be in talks to buy SeaChange.

rue21, Inc. (NASDAQ: RUE) 15.3% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.38, $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of $0.29. Revenue for the quarter came in at $172.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $166.35 million. Sees Q2 2011 EPS of $0.30-$0.32, versus the consensus of $0.31. rue21, Inc. sees FY2011 EPS of $1.50-$1.54, versus prior guidance of $1.40-$1.44 and the consensus of $1.43.

Marvell Technology Group Ltd (NASDAQ: MRVL) 9.1% HIGHER; reported Q1 adjusted EPS of $0.29, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.30. Revenue for the quarter came in at $802.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $826.12 million. On its call, the company offered some Q2 guidance: sees sales of $870-$910 million, vs. the consensus of $875.76 million. Sees adj-EPS of 35-39c, vs. the consensus of 33c.

Blue Coat Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: BCSI) 6.5% LOWER; reported Q4 adj-EPS of $0.30, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.31. Revenue for the quarter came in at $120.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $121.46 million.

Omnivision Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: OVTI) 4.7% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.66, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.65. Revenue for the quarter came in at $258.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $254.48 million. Sees Q1 2012 EPS of $0.64-$0.77, versus the consensus of $0.69. Sees Q1 2012 revenue of $265-$285 million, versus the consensus of $275 million.

Dresser-Rand Group Inc. (NYSE: DRC) 3.5% HIGHER; will replace AMB Property in the S&P MidCap 400 after the close of trading on Thursday, June 2.

Kraton Performance Polymers Inc. (NYSE: KRA) 3.5% HIGHER; will replace Whitney Holding Corp. (NASDAQ: WTNY) in the S&P SmallCap 600 index

Boardwalk Pipeline Partners LP (NYSE: BWP) 3.2% LOWER; announces a public offering of 6 million units. The company will use proceeds to repay borrowing.

Glu Mobile (Nasdaq: GLUU) 2.2% LOWER; sees Q2 adj-loss of 4-5 cents on sales of $16-$17 million. The Street is currently looking for a loss of 4 cents on sales of $15.97 million. The company previously guided a loss of 4-6 cents on sales of $15-$16 million.

Magma Design Automation, Inc. (NASDAQ: LAVA) 1.7% HIGHER; reported Q4 adj-EPS of $0.09, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.08. Revenue for the quarter came in at $38 million versus the consensus estimate of $35.7 million. Sees Q1 2012 EPS of $0.07-$0.08, versus the consensus of $0.08. Sees Q1 2012 revenue of $36-$36.5 million, versus the consensus of $31 million. Sees FY2012 EPS of $0.38-$0.40, versus the consensus of $0.40. Sees FY2012 revenue of $158-$160 million, versus the consensus of $156.7 million.

Hancock Holding Co. (NASDAQ: HBHC) 1.2% HIGHER; will replace PacWest Bancorp (NASDAQ: PACW) in the S&P MidCap 400 index
