Skechers USA Inc. (NYSE: SKX) 17.6% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of ($0.07), $0.20 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.27). Revenue for the quarter came in at $351.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $336.39 million but are down from $476.2 million in the first quarter of 2011. "We believe our first quarter 2012 results represent a solid performance as we delivered more fresh product, which resulted in an increase in average price per pair of 5.8 percent compared to the first quarter of 2011. We also had a 40 percent decrease in total pairs sold in the first quarter of 2012 due to the clearing of excess toning inventory at reduced prices in the prior year period. In our company-owned SKECHERS concept stores, which are the first to receive new product across all of our divisions, we achieved positive comp store sales in dollars and a double digit percentage increase in pairs sold. With more full-price product at market, our gross margin percentage improved significantly compared to the first quarter of 2011," stated David Weinberg, chief operating officer and chief financial officer.

Triquint Semiconductor, Inc. (NASDAQ: TQNT) 15% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.02, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.02. Revenue for the quarter came in at $216.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $214.68 million. Sees Q2 2012 EPS of $-0.10-$-0.15, versus the consensus of $0.05. Triquint Semiconductor, Inc. sees Q2 2012 revenue of $170-$185 million, versus the consensus of $222.95 million.

H&R Block (NYSE: HRB) 14.5% LOWER; announces strategic realignment to realize net annualized savings of $85 to $100 million by end of fiscal year 2013. Overall, the company plans to eliminate approximately 350 full-time positions throughout its Kansas City headquarters and nationwide field organization. The company also will streamline its seasonal workforce and close approximately 200 underperforming company-owned offices. Expects fiscal 2012 total revenues of approximately $2.9 billion versus the consensus of $3 billion and GAAP diluted earnings per share from continuing operations of $1.09 to $1.15, versus the consensus of $1.39 (may not compare)

Qiagen NV (NASDAQ: QGEN) 14.2% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.24, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.20. Sees Q2 adj-EPS of about 24 cents, which compares to the Street estimate of 24 cents.

Huron Consulting Group (NASDAQ: HURN) 13.6% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.13, $0.22 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.35. Revenue for the quarter came in at $138.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $151.48 million. Huron Consulting Group sees FY2012 EPS of $2.25-$2.50.

Ancestry.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: ACOM) 12% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.30, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.23. Revenue for the quarter came in at $108.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $107.38 million. Ancestry.com, Inc. sees FY2012 revenue of $460-$470 million, versus the consensus of $461 million. Ancestry.com, Inc. sees Q2 2012 revenue of $115-$117 million, versus the consensus of $116.5 million. Announces $100 million buyback

Transcept Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: TSPT) 12% LOWER; is offering to sell shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. Transcept expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase additional shares of common stock offered in the public offering to cover over-allotments, if any. All of the shares in the offering are to be sold by Transcept. The offering is subject to market conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.

Stamps.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: STMP) 10.5% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.34, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.28. Revenue for the quarter came in at $28.29 million versus the consensus estimate of $27.06 million. Sees FY2012 EPS of $1.35-$1.55, versus prior guidance of $1.25-$1.45 and the consensus of $1.37. Stamps.com, Inc. sees FY2012 revenue of $107.5-$117.5 million, versus prior guidance of $105-$115 million and the consensus of $113.76 million.

Cirrus Logic, Inc. (NASDAQ: CRUS) 9% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.36, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.35. Revenue for the quarter came in at $110.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $110.05 million. Cirrus Logic sees Q1 revenues of $96-$106 million, versus the consensus of $106.62 million.

Xilinx, Inc. (NASDAQ: XLNX) 8% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.49, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of $0.41. Revenue for the quarter came in at $558.97 million versus the consensus estimate of $531.59 million.

Teradyne, Inc. (NYSE: TER) 8% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.30, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.28. Revenue for the quarter came in at $397 million versus the consensus estimate of $382.33 million. Teradyne, Inc. sees Q2 2012 EPS of $0.53-$0.62, versus the consensus of $0.37. Equinix, Inc. (NASDAQ: EQIX) 7.8% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.71, $0.21 better than the analyst estimate of $0.50. Revenue for the quarter came in at $452.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $445.17 million. Sees Q2 2012 revenue of $466-$468 million, versus the consensus of $463.32 million. Sees FY2012 revenue of greater than $1.89 billion, versus the consensus of $1.89 billion.

Citrix Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CTXS) 7% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.59, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of $0.51. Revenue for the quarter came in at $319 million versus the consensus estimate of $310.45 million. The company added $150 million dollars to its buyback plan. Sees Q2 sales of $322-$330 million, which compares to the Street estimate of $314.8 million.
