Polycom, Inc. (NASDAQ: PLCM) 8.4% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.48, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.42. Revenue for the quarter came in at $344 million versus the consensus estimate of $337.8 million. Expects Q2 sales to be up about 4-6% from Q1, implying $357.9-$364.8 million, which compares to the current Street estimate of $350.1 million.

SVB Financial Group (Nasdaq: SIVB) 6.6% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.76, $0.28 better than the analyst estimate of $0.48.

SanDisk Corp. (Nasdaq: SNDK) 1.4% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $1.03, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.99. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.29 million versus the consensus estimate of $1.26 billion. Sees Q2 sales of $1.3-$1.35 billion, which compares to the Street estimate of $1.33 billion. Sees FY11 sales in the upper range of its previously-issued $5.3-$5.7 billion. Raises its non-GAAP gross margin view from 39-42% to 41-44%.

AmSurg Corp. (NASDAQ: AMSG) 1.2% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.38, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.38. Revenue for the quarter came in at $179.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $178.44 million. Sees Q2 EPS of $0.40-$0.42, versus the consensus of $0.42. Sees FY11 EPS of $1.64-$1.68, versus the consensus of $1.67.

Advanced Micro Devices (NYSE: AMD) 1% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.08, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.05. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.61 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.61 billion.
