After-Hours Movers 04/18: (CR) (INVE) (ZION) (FSII) Higher; (TXN) (HGIC) Lower

Crane Co. (NYSE: CR) 7.3% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.76, $0.11 better than the analyst estimate of $0.65. Revenue for the quarter came in at $611.02 million versus the consensus estimate of $576.68 million. Raises its FY11 sales guidance from up 7-9% to up 10-12%. EPS move from $2.80-$3.00 to $3.05-$3.25. The Street is currently looking for FY11 EPS of $2.96.

Identive Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: INVE) 6% HIGHER; filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to sell, from time to time, up to $100 million of Debt Securities, Preferred Stock, Common Stock, Warrants, or any combination thereof.

Zions Bancorp. (Nasdaq: ZION) 3.6% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.08, which may or may not compare to the analyst estimate of ($0.17). The company reported a loss of 57 cents during the same quarter last year. Zions posted a 29 cent gain on an adjusted basis.

FSI International, Inc. (Nasdaq: FSII) 3.6% HIGHER; received orders for multiple ANTARES Cryokinetic cleaning systems. The logic and foundry chip providers that placed these orders currently use the ANTARES system for various BEOL particle removal processes including particle removal after in-line wafer testing and other high defectivity steps to focus on improving overall device yield.

Steel Dynamics Inc. (NASDAQ: STLD) 3.3% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.46, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.41. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.02 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.81 billion.

Texas Instruments Inc. (NYSE: TXN) 2.2% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.55, $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.58. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.39 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.4 billion. Sees Q2 sales of $3.41-$3.69 billion, versus the consensus of $3.53 billion. Sees Q2 EPS of $0.52-$0.60, versus the consensus of $0.63.

Harleysville (Nasdaq: HGIC) 1.4% LOWER; comments on impact of unusually severe winter weather on its Q1 results. Sees Q1 operating EPS hurt by about 21 cents. Sees EPS of about 28c. The Street is currently looking for Q1 EPS of 66c.

Aegean Marine Petroleum (NYSE: ANW) 1.3% HIGHER; the company won a 20-year concession by the Panamian Maritime Authority to operate onshore storage facilities in the ports of Cristobal and Balboa.

Steel Dynamics Inc. (NASDAQ: STLD) 1.3% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.46, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.41. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.02 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.81 billion.

Molina Healthcare Inc. (NYSE: MOH) 1% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.56, $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of $0.47. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.12 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.14 billion. Reaffirms outlook.

Universal Display Corporation (NASDAQ: PANL) 1% HIGHER; today unveiled a novel, including rigid and flexible OLED displays and lighting panels. The encapsulation layer provides an effective permeation barrier to protect thin-film devices from environmental conditions, such as moisture and oxygen, which is critical for the long-term performance of OLED display and lighting products.

AK Steel (NYSE: AKS) 1% HIGHER; trading higher amid strong results from Steel Dynamics.
