Collective Brands (NYSE: PSS) 15% HIGHER; South Korea's Maeil Business Newspaper is reporting E-Land Group of South Korea is looking to offer $1.8 billion to purchase Collective.
Red Hat, Inc. (NYSE: RHT) 8.8% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.29, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.27. Revenue for the quarter came in at $297 million versus the consensus estimate of $291.2 million. Sees Q1 adj-EPS of 25-27 cents on sales of $307-$311 million. The Street is looking for Q1 EPS of 27 cents on sales of $306.2 million. Sees FY13 adj-EPS of $1.16-$1.20, vs. the consensus of $1.15, sales of $1.34-$1.36 billion, vs. the consensus of $1.3 billion.

Mosaic Company (NYSE: MOS) 2.2% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.64, versus $1.21 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.2 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.54 billion.
Loral Space and Communications (NASDAQ: LORL) 2% HIGHER; declared a special dividend of $13.60 per share.
H.B. Fuller Co. (NYSE: FUL) 1.4% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.44, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.37. Revenue for the quarter came in at $375.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $360.25 million. Sees FY12 EPS of $2.05-$2.15 on sales which will be up 6-9 percent. The Street is currently looking for FY12 EPS of $2.10.
