After-Hours Movers 03/28: (TRCI) (WYY) (HD) Higher; (DYP) (AONE) (FCH) (TAL) Lower

Technology Research Corporation (Nasdaq: TRCI) 40% HIGHER; Coleman Cable, Inc. (Nasdaq: CCIX) and TRC today announced in a press release that the two companies came to a definitive merger agreement. Coleman will acquire all of the outstanding shares of TRCI for $7.20 per share in cash, in a transaction valued at approximately $51.5 million on a fully diluted basis. The transaction will be funded with Coleman's cash on hand and existing borrowing facilities, and will not be subject to any financing condition.

Duoyuan Printing (NYSE: DYP) 21.5% LOWER; NYSE to suspend trading in the stock.

WidePoint Corp. (NYSE: WYY) 10.7% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.01, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.02. Revenue for the quarter came in at $13.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $13.4 million.

Cosi Inc. (NASDAQ: COSI) 9.3% LOWER; reported Q4 loss of $0.05, compared to ($0.11) reported in the same period last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $25.54 million, versus $28.24 million last year. Comps up 4.5%.

A123 Systems (Nasdaq: AONE) 7.1% LOWER; announces an 18 million common stock offering. AONE also announces a $125 million principal amount of convertible subordinated notes due 2016 offering. A123 intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,700,000 shares of common stock, with respect to the stock offering, and up to $18.75 million aggregate principal amount of the convertible notes, with respect to the notes offering.

FelCor Lodging Trust Incorporated (NYSE: FCH) 5.4% LOWER; announces a 24 million common stock offering. FelCor expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 15% additional shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any. BofA Merrill Lynch and J.P. Morgan will act as joint book-running managers for the offering.

TAL International Group, Inc. (NYSE: TAL) 4.2% LOWER; announces a 5 million common stock offering. Of the total, TAL will offer 2.5 million shares and Selling Shareholders will offer 2.5 million.

GSI Group Inc. (NASDAQ: GSIG) 3.9% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.05), $0.09 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.04. Revenue for the quarter came in at $91.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $91.6 million. Sees Q1 sales of $86-$90 million, vs. the consensus of $93.4 million.

Pacific Ethanol (Nasdaq: PEIX) 3.2% LOWER; reports Q4 loss of $0.14, versus a loss of $4.30 reported for the same period a year ago. Revenue for the quarter was $134.2 million, compared to $87.88 million in Q409.

Hot Topic (Nasdaq: HOTT) 3.2% LOWER; trading halted to announce that it will discontinue its Shockhound.com operations. The company sees a quarterly charge of about 21c per share. Sees Q1 adj-loss of 1-4c, ex-costs, which compares to the Street estimate of loss of 3c. Sees FY12 EPS of 5-15c, vs. the consensus estimate of 14c.

Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. (NYSE: ETP) 2.3% LOWER; has commenced an 11.75 million common unit offering. Underwriters have been grated 30-days to acquired an additional 1,762,500 units.

Progress Software Corp. (NASDAQ: PRGS) 2.1% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.42, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.42. Revenue for the quarter came in at $134.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $134.17 million. Sees Q2011 EPS of $0.41-$0.43, versus the consensus of $0.43. Sees Q2 2011 revenue of $136-$139 million, versus the consensus of $136.8 million. Sees FY2011 EPS of $1.74-$1.80, versus the consensus of $1.78. Sees FY2011 revenue of $560-$570 million, versus the consensus of $564.5 million.

Home Depot (NYSE: HD) 2% HIGHER; announces $1 billion accelerated buyback program. Also announces a $2 billion Senior Note offering. Reaffirms its outlook for FY11.

Inphi Corporation (NYSE: IPHI) 1.8% LOWER; commences a 3.9 million common stock offering. Inphi is offering for sale to the public 100,000 shares of its common stock and certain stockholders are offering for resale to the public approximately 3.8 million shares of Inphi's common stock owned by them.

lululemon athletica inc. (NASDAQ: LULU) 1.6% HIGHER; approves a two-for-one stock split. Also, the Board approved an increase in the Company's authorized common stock from 200,000,000 shares to 400,000,000 shares.

Phillips-Van Heusen Corp. (NYSE: PVH) 1.6% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.93, ex-items, $0.11 better than the analyst estimate of $0.82. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.4 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.37 billion. Sees Q1 EPS of $1.14-$1.16, versus the consensus of $1.11. Sees Q1 revenue of $1.32-$1.35 billion, versus the consensus of $1.23 billion. Sees FY11 EPS of $4.70-$4.95, versus the consensus of $4.76. Sees FY11 revenue of $5.58-$5.66 billion, versus the consensus of $5.31 billion.

Halliburton (NYSE: HAL) 1.4% LOWER; cuts Q1 guidance: sees a 3-4c effect from the turmoil in the Middle East and Africa. Sees the impact of weather at the high end of 5-8c/share.

Gladstone (Nasdaq: GOOD) 1.3% LOWER; to offer 3.5 million shares at $15/share. About 500,000 of these shares will be offered through a reinvestment plan.
