La-z-boy, Inc. (NYSE: LZB) 11.4% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.28, $0.10 better than the analyst estimate of $0.18. Revenue for the quarter came in at $316.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $307.52 million.

Yingli Green Energy Holding Company Limited (NYSE: YGE) 8.8% LOWER; based upon preliminary data, the Company now expects a decrease of PV module shipments close to thirty percent from the third quarter to the fourth quarter of 2011, compared to its previously provided guidance of a low to middle twenties percent decrease. Sourcefire, Inc. (NASDAQ: FIRE) 8.2% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.25, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.19. Revenue for the quarter came in at $53.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $46.98 million. Sees Q1 2012 EPS of $-0.03-$-0.05, versus the consensus of $0.07. Sees Q1 2012 revenue of $40-$42 million, versus the consensus of $48.3 million.

Procera Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: PKT) 6.6% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.15, $0.10 better than the analyst estimate of $0.05. Revenue for the quarter came in at $15.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $11.45 million.

Encore Wire Corp (NASDAQ: WIRE) 5.3% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.69, which may not compare to the analyst estimate of $0.24. Revenue for the quarter came in at $248.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $263.05 million.

Brightpoint, Inc. (Nasdaq: CELL) 5% LOWER; today announced that its subsidiary, Brightpoint North America L.P., was notified that one of its logistic services customers will begin transitioning to a different service provider in April, 2012. The transition is expected to continue through the end of 2012. BrightPoint Americas handled 6.8 million wireless devices in 2011 and 6.4 million in 2010 on behalf of this customer. BrightPoint expects this transition will result in a negative impact to adjusted diluted earnings per share of approximately $0.02 to $0.06 in 2012. BrightPoint is lowering its FY12 EPS guidance from $1.07-$1.17 to $1.07-$1.13, which compares to the Street estimate of $1.11.

Dell, Inc. (NASDAQ: DELL) 4.8% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.51, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.52. Revenue for the quarter came in at $15.03 billion versus the consensus estimate of $15.96 billion. Sees FY2013 EPS of $2.13, versus the consensus of $2.04.

Cheesecake Factory (NASDAQ: CAKE) 4.3% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.53, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.52. Revenue for the quarter came in at $477.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $471.74 million. Sees Q1 adj-EPS of 34-36 cents, vs. cons. 40 cents, sales $435-$440 million, vs. cons. $443.83 million. Sees FY12 adj-EPS of $1.80-$1.90, vs. cons. $1.85.

NorthStar Realty Finance Corp. (NYSE: NRF) 4.2% LOWER; has commenced an underwritten public offering of 15,000,000 shares of common stock. The Company expects to grant the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to 2,250,000 additional shares of common stock.

Herbalife (NYSE: HLF) 3.9% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.86, $0.13 better than the analyst estimate of $0.73. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.02 million versus the consensus estimate of $856.59 million. Sees Q1 2012 EPS of $0.76-$0.80, versus the consensus of $0.78. Sees FY2012 EPS of $3.40-$3.60, versus the consensus of $3.49.

Intuit, Inc. (NASDAQ: INTU) 3.1% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.51, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.45. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.02 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.01 billion. Sees Q3 2012 revenue of $1.95-$1.99 million, versus the consensus of $1.98 million. Westport Innovations (NASDAQ: WPRT) 2.6% LOWER; is offering to sell, subject to market and other conditions, 5,000,000 of its common shares in the United States and Canada pursuant to a preliminary prospectus supplement to its base shelf prospectus originally dated January 3, 2012.

Two Harbors Investment Corp. (NYSE: TWO) 2.5% LOWER; announced that it plans to offer, subject to market and other conditions, 30,000,000 shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. The company has also granted the underwriters a two-day option to purchase up to an additional 4,500,000 shares of common stock to cover overallotments.
