Revenue for the quarter came in at $167.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $174.12 million. Sierra Wireless Inc. sees Q1 EPS of $-0.06-$0.00, versus the consensus of $0.15. Sees sales of $140-$145 million, vs. the consensus of $167.92 million.

Perceptron, Inc. (NASDAQ: PRCP) 24.4% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.11, $0.13 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.02). Revenue for the quarter came in at $16.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $13.51 million.

USANA Health Sciences Inc. (NASDAQ: USNA) 19.1% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.75, $0.09 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.84. Revenue for the quarter came in at $137.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $136.92 million. Sees FY2011 EPS of $2.85-$2.95, versus the consensus of $3.36. Sees FY2011 revenue of $530-$550 million, versus the consensus of $577 million.

Motricity, Inc. (NASDAQ: MOTR) 17% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.14, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.13. Revenue for the quarter came in at $36 million versus the consensus estimate of $35.65 million. Motricity sees Q1 2011 revenue of $32-$33 million, versus the consensus of $42.23 million. Motricity sees FY2011 revenue of $170-$180 million, versus the consensus of $173.59 million.

Web.com Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: WWWW) 16.3% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.24, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.17. Revenue for the quarter came in at $37.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $41.6 million.

DSW Inc. (NYSE: DSW) 11.4% HIGHER; and Retail Ventures, Inc. announced that they have signed a definitive merger agreement whereby Retail Ventures will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of DSW in a tax-free exchange of shares at an exchange ratio of 0.435 DSW shares per each RVI share. DSW will effectively retire the 27.4 million class B shares currently owned by RVI (approximately 62% of DSW's fully diluted shares outstanding). As a result of the merger, the separate corporate existence of RVI will cease and the surviving entity will continue as a wholly owned subsidiary of DSW. Reports Q4 comps rose 14.9%. Raises its FY11 EPS guidance from $2.30-$2.40 to $2.38-$2.42.

The Andersons, Inc. (Nasdaq: ANDE) 11.1% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.39, $0.52 better than the analyst estimate of $0.87. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.15 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.05 billion.

BCD Semiconductor Manufacturing (NASDAQ: BCDS) 10% LOWER; reports Q4 non-GAAP net income of $7.35 million, versus $3.33 million reported for the same period a year ago. Revenue for the quarter was $38.57 million, compared to $27.67 million in Q409. BCD Semiconductor Manufacturing sees Q1 2011 revenue of $30-$31 million.

MediaMind Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: MDMD) 9.4% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.30, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.28. Revenue for the quarter came in at $25.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $25.7 million. Sees Q1 2011 EPS of $0.07, versus the consensus of $0.07. MediaMind Technologies Inc. sees Q1 2011 revenue of $18.1-$19.1 million, versus the consensus of $19.03 million.

Drugstore.com Inc. (NASDAQ: DSCM) 6.7% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.01), in-line with the analyst estimate of ($0.01). Revenue for the quarter came in at $123.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $120.59 million. Drugstore.com Inc. sees Q1 2011 revenue of $123 - $126 million, versus the consensus of $128.51 million.

Pitney Bowes Inc. (NYSE: PBI) 6.4% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.66, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.61. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.4 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.43 billion. Pitney Bowes Inc. sees FY2011 EPS of $2.15-$2.35, versus the consensus of $2.30.

Hibbett Sports (Nasdaq: HIBB) 6.4% LOWER; sees Q4 EPS of 42-44c on sales of about $173.5 million. Sees same-store sales up 1.3%. The company had previously expected EPS of 47-50c. The Street is currently looking for Q4 EPS of 50c on sales of $180.71 million.

CBL & Associates Properties Inc. (NYSE: CBL) 6% HIGHER; reported Q4 FFO of $0.62, $0.12 better than the analyst estimate of $0.50. Revenue for the quarter came in at $288.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $281.63 million. Sees FY2011 FFO of $2.10-$2.15, versus the consensus of $1.82.

General Cable Corp. (NYSE: BGC) 5.6% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.66, $0.19 better than the analyst estimate of $0.47. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.36 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.32 billion. Sees Q1 2011 EPS of $0.45-$0.55, versus the consensus of $0.48. Amtech Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: ASYS) 4.1% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.52, $0.15 better than the analyst estimate of $0.37. Revenue for the quarter came in at $53.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $46.98 million.

Buffalo Wild Wings Inc. (NASDAQ: BWLD) 4% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.55, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.52. Revenue for the quarter came in at $163.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $163.44 million.

Ultimate Software Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: ULTI) 4.1% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.17, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.19. Revenue for the quarter came in at $60.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $60.77 million. Sees Q1 revenue of $64 million, versus the consensus of $64.2 million. Sees FY11 sales up 19%.

Collectors Universe Inc. (NASDAQ: CLCT) 4% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.12, versus $0.22 reported for the same period a year ago. Revenue for the quarter was $9.6 million, compared to $8.89 million in Q409.

ViaSat Inc. (NASDAQ: VSAT) 3.9% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.43, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.39. Revenue for the quarter came in at $195.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $207.41 million.

Walt Disney (NYSE: DIS) 3.4% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.68, $0.12 better than the analyst estimate of $0.56. Revenue for the quarter came in at $10.72 billion versus the consensus estimate of $10.52 billion.

CSG Systems International Inc. (NASDAQ: CSGS) 3.3% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.69, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.65. Revenue for the quarter came in at $154.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $134.38 million. Sees FY11 EPS of $2.24-$2.32, versus the consensus of $2.34.
