Diamond Foods (Nasdaq: DMND) 41% LOWER; reports audit committee finds 2010, 2011 financials need to be restated. The company's Chairman and CEO Mendes and CFO Neil have been put on administrative leave. Since the initial release, a number of sources have said P&G (NYSE: PG) will evaluate the next steps in the sale of Pringles.

iRobot Corp. (NASDAQ: IRBT) 20.4% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.38, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.32. Revenue for the quarter came in at $130.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $134.08 million. Sees FY2012 EPS of $0.75-$0.85, versus the consensus of $1.45. Sees FY2012 revenue of $465-$485 million, versus the consensus of $529.26 million. Sees Q1 2012 EPS of $-0.08-$0.00, versus the consensus of $0.30. Sees Q1 2012 revenue of $90-$100 million, versus the consensus of $120.63 million.

Groupon (NASDAQ: GRPN) 15% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.02), $0.05 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.03. Revenue for the quarter came in at $506.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $475.15 million. Sees Q1 sales of $510-$550 million, which compares to the Street estimate of $500.89 million.

Support.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: SPRT) 13.6% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.06), $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.09). Revenue for the quarter came in at $15 million versus the consensus estimate of $13 million.

Akamai Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: AKAM) 12.7% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.45, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.40. Revenue for the quarter came in at $324 million versus the consensus estimate of $311.26 million. Expecting Q1 sales of $305-$313 million and adj-EPS of 36-39 cents. The Street is currently expecting Q1 sales of $304.82 million and EPS of 39 cents.

Tripadvisor (NASDAQ: TRIP) 10% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.16, vs. the analyst estimate of $0.24. Revenue for the quarter came in at $137.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $133.51 million.

Triquint Semiconductor, Inc. (NASDAQ: TQNT) 9.7% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.08, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.07. Revenue for the quarter came in at $227 million versus the consensus estimate of $219.14 million. Sees Q1 2012 EPS of $0.01-$0.03, versus the consensus of $0.03. Sees Q1 2012 revenue of $210-$220 million, versus the consensus of $203.24 million.

General Cable Corp. (NYSE: BGC) 9.1% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.30, $0.07 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.37. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.37 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.43 billion. General Cable Corp. sees Q1 2012 revenue of $1.35-$1.45 million, versus the consensus of $1.45 million.

Select Comfort Corp (NASDAQ: SCSS) 8% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.24, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.22. Revenue for the quarter came in at $189 million versus the consensus estimate of $177.5 million. Sees FY2012 EPS of $1.32-$1.40, versus $1.28 on the Street.

Perceptron, Inc. (NASDAQ: PRCP) 7.8% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.11, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.13. Revenue for the quarter came in at $17.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $17 million.

Globecomm Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: GCOM) 7.5% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.23, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.16. Revenue for the quarter came in at $95.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $89.33 million.

Roadrunner Transportation Systems (NYSE: RRTS) 7.5% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.23, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.22. Revenue for the quarter came in at $238 million, versus $165.8 million reported last year. Sees Q1 EPS of $0.22-$0.24, versus the consensus of $0.21.

Thoratec Corp (NASDAQ: THOR) 6.2% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.38, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.33. Revenue for the quarter came in at $109.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $107.56 million. Sees FY2012 EPS of $1.58-$1.68, versus the consensus of $1.65. Sees FY2012 revenue of $445-$460 million, versus the consensus of $459.3 million.

Affymetrix, Inc. (NASDAQ: AFFX) 6% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.20), $0.13 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.07). Revenue for the quarter came in at $65.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $65.63 million.

Ironwood Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: IRWD) 5.4% LOWER; filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to sell, from time to time, shares of its Common Stock. The amount will be determined at the time of the offering.

Covanta Holding (NYSE: CVA) 4.8% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.26, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.23. Revenue for the quarter came in at $430 million versus the consensus estimate of $422.46 million.

Diodes, Inc. (NASDAQ: DIOD) 4.2% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.09, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.10. Revenue for the quarter came in at $143.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $147.13 million. The company sees Q1 revenues of $138 million and $148 million, versus the consensus of $144.9 million.

Anacor Pharmaceuticals (Nasdaq: ANAC) 4% LOWER; today announced the sale of 3.25 million shares of its common stock for gross proceeds of $21,450,000 pursuant to an underwriting agreement with Canaccord Genuity acting as the sole bookrunner.

Visa (NYSE: V) 3% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $1.49, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $1.45. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.55 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.47 billion.
