NaviSite (Nasdaq: NAVI) 34% HIGHER; Time Warner Cable (NYSE: TWC) to acquire NaviSite for $5.50/share in cash, deal valued at $230 million

Key Tronic Corp. (NASDAQ: KTCC) 20.2% LOWER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.17, versus $0.17 reported for the same period a year ago. Revenue for the quarter was $61 million, compared to $44.8 million in Q210. Sees Q3 2011 EPS of $0.05-$0.10. Key Tronic Corp. sees Q3 2011 revenue of $60-$62 million. Sees FY2011 EPS of $0.55-$0.60. Key Tronic Corp. sees FY2011 revenue of $250-$260 million.

BigBand Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: BBND) 10.5% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.05), $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.06). Revenue for the quarter came in at $26.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $26.48 million. Sees Q1 2011 EPS of ($0.09) - ($0.12), versus the consensus of ($0.06). Also sees Q111 revenue of $17 - $20 million, versus the consensus of $25.95 million.

Electronic Arts Inc. (NASDAQ: ERTS) 8.2% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.59, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.57. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.41 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.44 billion. Sees Q4 adj-EPS of 15-25c, on sales of $850-$950 million. The Street is looking for quarterly EPS of 20c on sales of $936.13 million. Sees FY11 adj-EPS of 60-70c, vs. the consensus of 63c, on sales of $3.68-$3.76 billion, vs. the consensus of $3.79 billion. Also announced a $600 million buyback.

JDA Software Group Inc. (NASDAQ: JDAS) 7% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.61, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.56. Revenue for the quarter came in at $168.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $170.18 million. Sees FY2011 EPS of $2.00-$2.20, versus the consensus of $2.44. Sees FY2011 revenue of $650-$690 million, versus the consensus of $669.8 million.

Quality Distribution (Nasdaq: QLTY) 6.5% LOWER; reports the launch of a public offering for about 4 million shares of common stock. The offering will be broken down as follows: 2 million from the company for the public, 2 million shares from Apollo Management and certain of its affiliates. The company has granted underwriters an option to buy up to 600,00 shares to cover over-allotments. Reports preliminary Q4 adj-EPS of 5-6c on sales of about $165 million.

Intevac Inc. (NASDAQ: IVAC) 6.5% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.05, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.02. Revenue for the quarter came in at $36.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $37 million.

United Rentals, Inc. (NYSE: URI) 5.6% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.16, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.18. Revenue for the quarter came in at $597 million versus the consensus estimate of $574.08 million.

Broadcom Corp. (NASDAQ: BRCM) 5.3% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.58, $0.16 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.74. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.95 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.9 billion. Sees Q1 sales of $1.75-$1.85 billion, vs. the consensus of $1.8 billion. Broadcom also boosted its quarterly dividend by 12.5% to 9c per common share. The Board also announced a $300 million accelerated buyback program.

MEMC Electronic Materials Inc. (NYSE: WFR) 4.3% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.25, $0.09 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.34. Revenue for the quarter came in at $850.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $900.96 million. Sees FY11 EPS of $1.00-$1.30. Sees FY11 revenue of $3.4-$3.7 billion. The Street is currently looking for EPS of $1 on sales of $2.65 billion.

Plantronics, Inc. (NYSE: PLT) 4.2% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.66, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of $0.58. Revenue for the quarter came in at $181.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $182.86 million. Sees Q4 EPS of $0.58-$0.62, versus the consensus of $0.57. Sees Q4 revenue of $167-$172 million, versus the consensus of $179.4 million.

Acme Packet, Inc. (NASDAQ: APKT) 3.9% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.26, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.22. Revenue for the quarter came in at $70.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $60.22 million. Sees FY EPS of about $1.05, versus the consensus of $1.04. Sees FY revs of about $300 million, versus the consensus of $295.8 million.

Lacrosse Footwear Inc. (NASDAQ: BOOT) 3.3% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.60, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.55. Revenue for the quarter came in at $52.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $52.1 million. The Board of Directors today announced the approval of a quarterly dividend of $0.125 per share of common stock, $0.50 annualized.

Seattle Genetics, Inc. (Nasdaq: SGEN) 3.2% LOWER; announced that they will be making a common stock offering.

Concurrent Computer Corporation (NASDAQ: CCUR) 2.9% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.14), $0.15 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.01. Revenue for the quarter came in at $17.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $16.9 million.

First Marblehead Corp. (NYSE: FMD) 2.8% HIGHER; reported Q2 loss of $0.01, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.08).

CH Robinson Worldwide Inc. (NASDAQ: CHRW) 2.8% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.62, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.63. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.33 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.34 billion.

Powerwave Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: PWAV) 2.8% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.06, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.08. Revenue for the quarter came in at $175.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $179.37 million.

Alliance Data Systems Corporation (NYSE: ADS) 2% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.56, $0.15 better than the analyst estimate of $1.41. Revenue for the quarter came in at $755.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $743.68 million.
