Revenue for the quarter came in at $80.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $73.7 million. Cepheid, Inc. sees FY2012 EPS of $0.55-$0.60, versus the consensus of $0.39. Cepheid, Inc. sees FY2012 revenue of $333-$347 million, versus the consensus of $333.3 million.

Riverbed Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: RVBD) 14% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.25, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.24. Revenue for the quarter came in at $203 million versus the consensus estimate of $200.8 million. Sees Q1 sales of $183-$187 million, vs. the consensus of $197.11 million. Sees Q1 EPS of 19-20c, vs. cons. of 25c. Sees FY12 sales growth 17-20 percent.

Broadvision Inc Com New (NASDAQ: BVSN) 11% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.30), versus $0.14 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $4.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $4.2 million.

Transocean (NYSE: RIG) 8.2% HIGHER; indemnified for deepwater spill, judge says.

Juniper Networks, Inc. (NYSE: JNPR) 7.5% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.28, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.28. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.12 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.13 billion. Sees Q1 adj-EPS of 11-14c on sales of $960-$990 million. Street at EPS of 26c on sales of $1.1 billion.

Rambus, Inc. (NASDAQ: RMBS) 7.3% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.08, $0.11 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.03). Revenue for the quarter came in at $83.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $82 million.

Devry, Inc. (NYSE: DV) 7.3% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.92, $0.08 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.00. Revenue for the quarter came in at $524 million versus the consensus estimate of $535.55 million.

Emulex Corp. (NYSE: ELX) 6.2% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.26, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.22. Ivanhoe Mines (NYSE: IVN) 6.1% HIGHER; are moving higher after hours Thursday as Rio Tinto (NYSE: RIO) issued the filing which confirms a 51 percent stake in the company. In the filing, Rio Tinto said it is looking to seek replacement of most non-Rio appointed directors.

Informatica Corp (NASDAQ: INFA) 5.5% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.38, $0.06 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.44. Revenue for the quarter came in at $227.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $226.25 million. Expects to report Q1 EPS of 31-34 cents on sales of $187-$197 million. The Street is currently looking for Q1 EPS of 33 cents on sales of $195.4 million. Cuts FY12 EPS from $1.57-$1.67 to $1.54-$1.64, which compares to the Street estimate of $1.65. Affirms sales guidance of $880-$910 million.

Telenav, Inc. (NASDAQ: TNAV) 5% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.26, $0.11 better than the analyst estimate of $0.15. Revenue for the quarter came in at $53.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $51.42 million. Telenav, Inc. sees Q3 2012 EPS of $0.13-$0.15, versus the consensus of $0.15. Telenav, Inc. sees Q3 2012 revenue of $52-$54 million, versus the consensus of $56.19 million.

Oclaro (NASDAQ: OCLR) 4.6% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.35), $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.37). Revenue for the quarter came in at $86.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $83.62 million. Oclaro sees Q3 2012 Non-GAAP gross margin in the range of 14% to 19%. . Freescale Semiconductor (NYSE: FSL) 4.4% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.07, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.03. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.01 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.03 billion.

Robert Half International, Inc. (NYSE: RHI) 3.9% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.30, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.31. Revenue for the quarter came in at $973.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $986.54 million. Sees Q1 EPS of 25-30 cents on sales of $960 million-$1 billion. Street currently at 28 cents in EPS and $999.95 million in sales.

Dynex Capital, Inc. (NYSE: DX) 3.8% LOWER; has agreed to sell 12,500,000 shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, BofA Merrill Lynch and JMP Securities are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. The Company has granted the underwriters an option for 30 days to purchase up to an additional 1,875,000 shares.

Maxim Integrated Products (NASDAQ: MXIM) 3.7% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.34, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.33. Revenue for the quarter came in at $591.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $596.21 million.

CYS Investments, Inc. (NYSE: CYS) 2.8% LOWER; for the quarter ended December 31, 2011 net income will be in the range of $0.51 to $0.55 per share. Announced that it plans to make a public offering of 25,000,000 shares of its common stock. The Company also plans to grant the underwriters an option for 30 days to purchase up to an additional 3,750,000 shares.

Kla-Tencor Corp (NASDAQ: KLAC) 2.2% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.72, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.66. Revenue for the quarter came in at $642.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $629.45 million. Guides Q3 on its call: adj-EPS of $1-$1.18, vs. the consensus of 82 cents, on sales of $770-$830 million, which compares to the Street estimate of $684.04 million.

Starbucks Corp (NASDAQ: SBUX) 2% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.50, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.49. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.44 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.29 billion. Global comps up 9%. Narrows its FY12 EPS guidance from $1.75-$1.82 to $1.78-$1.82, which compares to the Street estimate of $1.83.

Cirrus Logic, Inc. (NASDAQ: CRUS) 2% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.43, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.43. Revenue for the quarter came in at $122.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $121.95 million. Sees Q412 revenue of $108-$112 million, versus the consensus of $103.7 million.
