Mellanox Technologies, Ltd. (NASDAQ: MLNX) 15% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.31, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.29. Revenue for the quarter came in at $72.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $71.43 million.

Netflix, Inc. (NASDAQ: NFLX) 14% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.73, $0.18 better than the analyst estimate of $0.55. Sales of $875.6 million, which compares to the Street estimate of $857 million. Netflix, Inc. sees Q1 2012 EPS of $-0.16-$-0.49, versus the consensus of $-0.29. Sees Q1 sales of $842-$877 million, vs. the consensus of $845.6 million.

Enterprise Financial (Nasdaq: EFSC) 9.3% LOWER; to restate 2010-2011 financial statements, citing an accounting error. Sees FY10 EPS of 20-25c, vs. a previously reported 45c.

Trius Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: TSRX) 8.5% LOWER; today announced that it intends to offer and sell shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. Citigroup and Piper Jaffray & Co. are acting as joint book-running managers. The offering is subject to market conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.

Sandisk Corp (NASDAQ: SNDK) 8.3% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.29, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $1.26. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.58 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.57 billion. Sees Q1 sales of $1.3-$1.35 billion, FY12 sales of $6.2-$6.6 billion. Street currently looking for Q1 sales of $1.46 billion and FY12 sales of $6.65 billion.

Medidata Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ: MDSO) 7% HIGHER; will replace RightNow Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: RNOW) in the S&P SmallCap 600 index.

LSI (NYSE: LSI) 6.8% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.13, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.10. Revenue for the quarter came in at $523 million versus the consensus estimate of $526.54 million. LSI sees Q1 2012 EPS of $0.09-$0.15, versus the consensus of $0.10. LSI sees Q1 2012 revenue of $550-$590 million, versus the consensus of $509.75 million.

United Rentals, Inc. (NYSE: URI) 6.4% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.82, $0.24 better than the analyst estimate of $0.58. Revenue for the quarter came in at $746 million versus the consensus estimate of $687.89 million.

Covance, Inc. (NYSE: CVD) 4.6% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.73, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.73. Revenue for the quarter came in at $582.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $544.19 million. Covance, Inc. sees FY2012 EPS of $2.50-$2.80, versus the consensus of $2.94.

Varian Medical Systems (NYSE: VAR) 4.4% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.79, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.75. Revenue for the quarter came in at $625.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $633.26 million.

Mips Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: MIPS) 4% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.01, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.03. Revenue for the quarter came in at $15.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $16.41 million.

Quantum Corp. (NYSE: QTM) 3.9% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.05, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.05. Revenue for the quarter came in at $173 million versus the consensus estimate of $171.11 million. Sees Q4 2012 GAAP gross margin and non-GAAP gross margin rates slightly below those in FQ3'12. Sees Q4 2012 revenue of $160-$170 million, versus the consensus of $169.73 million.

Lam Research Corp (NASDAQ: LRCX) 2.6% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.34, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.30. Revenue for the quarter came in at $584 million versus the consensus estimate of $572.79 million. Sees Q3 adj-EPS of 39-49c, which compares to the Street estimate of 44c, sales $620-$660 million, vs. the consensus of $610 million. Sees quarterly shipments of 675-725 million.

E*Trade Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: ETFC) 2% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of ($0.02), $0.22 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.20. Revenue for the quarter came in at $475 million versus the consensus estimate of $488.94 million. E*TRADE reported DARTs of 140,000 during the quarter, a decrease of 15 percent from the prior quarter and seven percent versus the same quarter a year ago. DARTs for the full year were 157,000, up from 151,000 in 2010.

Owens-Illinois, Inc. (NYSE: OI) 1.9% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.48, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.47. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.82 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.8 billion.

Citrix Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CTXS) 1% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.78, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.76. Revenue for the quarter came in at $619 million versus the consensus estimate of $618.61 million. Sees FY2012 EPS of $2.70-$2.74, versus the consensus of $2.79. Sees FY2012 revenue of $2.49-$2.51 million, versus prior guidance of $2.47-$2.48 million and the consensus of $2.48 million. Sees Q1 2012 EPS of $0.49-$0.51, versus the consensus of $0.56. Marchex (Nasdaq: MCHX) INDICATED LOWER; said it expects to report Q4 sales of $38.8-$39 million, which compares to the Street estimate of $40.56 million. Sees Q1 sales lower than Q4. Sees FY12 sales of $150-$160 million, which compares to the Street estimate of $173.03 million.
