Polycom, Inc. (NASDAQ: PLCM) 14.9% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.41, $0.12 better than the analyst estimate of $0.29. Revenue for the quarter came in at $407 million versus the consensus estimate of $401.26 million.
Acura Pharma (Nasdaq: ACUR) 11.8% HIGHER; advised by Pfizer (NYSE: PFE) Oxecta is commercially available. Receives tiered royalties of 5-25 percent on net sales.
VMware, Inc. (NYSE: VMW) 4.9% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.62, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.60. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.06 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.05 billion. Sees Q1 sales $1.015-$1.04 billion, which compares to the Street estimate of $1.02 billion. Sees FY12 sales $4.475-$4.6 billion, vs. the consensus of $4.51 billion.
Western Digital Corp. (NYSE: WDC) 4.8% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.61, $0.10 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.71. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.84 billion.
Kansas City Southern (NYSE: KSU) 4% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $1.01, $0.22 better than the analyst estimate of $0.79. Revenue for the quarter came in at $530.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $549.7 million.
Woodward, Inc. (NASDAQ: WWD) 3.9% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.40, $0.04 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.44. Revenue for the quarter came in at $407.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $424.85 million. Reaffirmed FY2012 guidance. Continues to expect sales to be between $1.85 billion and $1.95 billion and earnings per share to be between $2.20 and $2.35 per share for fiscal 2012.

Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.42 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.25 billion. TI sees Q1 2012 EPS of $0.16-$0.24, versus the consensus of $0.31. Texas Instruments sees Q1 2012 revenue of $3.02-$3.28 billion, versus the consensus of $3.22 billion. Q1 EPS guidance includes a 1 cent per share charge related to restructuring and a 9 cent per share charge from acquisition charges.
Martha Stewart Living (NYSE: MSO) 3.3% LOWER; Macy's (NYSE: M) has sued Martha Stewart for an alleged contract breach.
PennantPark Investment Corporation (Nasdaq: PNNT) 3% LOWER; announced that it plans to make a public offering of 9,000,000 shares of its common stock. The Company also has granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 1,350,000 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any.
CSX Corp. (NYSE: CSX) 2.2% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.43, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.44. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.99 billion.
