Sinovac Biotech (AMEX: SVA) 6.7% LOWER; raises its FY09 sales guidance to $81-$85 million, which compares to the Street estimate of $88.4 million. Also, Sinovac is in advanced negotiations for the acquisition of buildings, land use rights and utility facilities for a total consideration of approximately RMB120 million ($17.6 million). eBay (NASDAQ: EBAY) 5.5% HIGHER; reports Q4 non-GAAP EPS of $0.44, 4 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.40.
