Ruby Tuesday, Inc. (NYSE: RT) 4.5% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of ($0.03), $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.05). Revenue for the quarter came in at $307.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $313.29 million. Ruby Tuesday, Inc. sees Q4 2012 EPS of $0.12-$0.16, versus the consensus of $0.27. Ruby Tuesday, Inc. sees FY2012 EPS of $0.55-$0.65, versus the consensus of $0.61.

Eastman Kodak (NYSE: EK) 4% LOWER; S&P downgraded the company from CCC to CCC-; outlook Negative.

Jazz Pharmaceuticals (Nasdaq: JAZZ) 3.8% HIGHER; provides financial guidance for 2012 as follows: Revs of $465 - $490 million, versus $462.8 million expected on the Street; Product sales of $460 - $485 million; and Adjusted EPS of $4.00 - $4.15. The Street sees $3.40

Bank of America (NYSE: BAC) 3% LOWER; White House denied a rumor the administration

Family Dollar Stores, Inc. (NYSE: FDO) 2.8% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.68, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.67. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.15 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.17 billion. Family Dollar Stores, Inc. reaffirmed FY2012 guidance.

Alcoa (NYSE: AA) 1.7% LOWER; announced today that it intends to close or curtail approximately 531,000 metric tons, or 12 percent of its global smelting capacity, to lower the Company's position on the global aluminum cost curve and improve Alcoa's competitiveness.

MGIC (NYSE: MTG) 1.4% LOWER; trading down following White House denial of massive home refi rumor. Also look at other banks and Radian (NYSE: RDN).

ViroPharma (Nasdaq: VPHM) INDICATED HIGHER; shares are moving 6.5 percent higher post-market Thursday, following better-than-expected numbers for its fiscal 2012 outlook. Shoe Carnival (Nasdaq: SCVL) INDICATED LOWER; cuts Q4 sales guidance from $186-$190 million to $181-$182 million, which compares to the Street estimate of $187.04 million. Adj-EPS move from 33-36 cents to 20-23 cents, vs. the analyst consensus of 34 cents. Now sees same-store sales down 3-3.5%.

Integra (Nasdaq: IART) INDICATED LOWER; issues preliminary Q4 results: adj-EPS in the range of 65-70 cents, which compares to the Street estimate of 79 cents. Sees sales $202-$203 million, which compares to the Street estimate of $212.8 million. Sees FY12 sales up 8 percent. Sees adj-EPS up 8-9 percent. Says got an FDA warning letter on its Plainsborough, NJ facility.
