After-Hours Movers: NutriSystem (NTRI), Crocs (CROX) Sink on Guidance; Hewlett-Packard (HPQ) Up on Beat And Raise Qtr

NutriSystem (Nasdaq: NTRI) 25% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.33, 4 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.29. Revenues for the quarter were $137.2 million, versus the consensus of $130.53 million. Sees Q1 revs of $200-$210 million, versus the consensus of $250.6 million. FY08 revs are expected to be $690-$710 million, versus the consensus of $825 million.

Texas Roadhouse (Nasdaq: TXRH) 15% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.10, cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.11. Revenues for the quarter were $186.3 million, versus the consensus of $191.84 million. Texas Roadhouse issues a buyback of $25 million.

Crocs, Inc. (Nasdaq: CROX) 13.5% LOWER; Reports Q4 EPS of $0.45, 1 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.44. Revenues for the quarter grew 99% to $224.8 million, versus the consensus of $207.66 million. Re-affirms forecast, sees EPS full-year $2.70 versus consensus of $2.71.

Noah Education Holding Limited (NYSE: NED) 13% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.05. Revenues for the quarter were $16.8 million. Revenues were down 2.6% from last year.

DealerTrack Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: TRAK) 11% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.25 in line with analyst estimates of $0.25. Revenues for the quarter were $60.7 million, versus the consensus of $60.46 million. Sees Full EPS guidance $1.14 to $1.18 versus $1.29. Sees full year revenues $270-$276 million versus $285.3 million.

Veraz Networks Inc. (Nasdaq: VRAZ) 8% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.05, 2 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.03. Revenues for the quarter were $35 million, versus the consensus of $34.11 million. Sees 2008 EPS of 17 to 22 cents versus the consensus of 28 cents. Revenues for the year $132-$137 million versus the consensus of $154 million.

ArthroCare (Nasdaq: ARTC) 6% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.50, 1 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.49. Revenues for the quarter were $87.5 million, versus the consensus of $85.81 million. Sees FY08 EPS of $1.92-$2.00, versus the consensus of $1.96.

Hewlett-Packard (NYSE: HPQ) 4.9% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.86, 5 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.81. Revenues for the quarter were $28.5 billion, versus the consensus of $27.60 billion. Hewlett-Packard sees Q2 EPS of $0.83-$0.84, versus the consensus of $0.82. Hewlett-Packard sees Q2 revenues of $27.7-$27.9 billion, versus the consensus of $27.4 billion. Hewlett-Packard sees FY08 EPS of $3.50-$3.54, versus the Street estimate of $3.36. Hewlett-Packard sees FY08 revenues of $113.5 billion to $114.0 billion, versus the consensus of $111.7 billion.

iRobot Corp. (Nasdaq: IRBT) 4% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.81, which may not be comparable to the analyst estimate of $0.41. Revenues for the quarter were $98.7 million, versus the consensus of $97.16 million.

Axsys Technologies (Nasdaq: AXYS) 4% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.36, 3 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.33. Revenues for the quarter were $47.9 million, versus the consensus of $45.69 million. Full year EPS $1.70 to $1.75 versus $1.63. Revenues for year $208-$212 million versus $199 million.
