La-Z-boy, Inc. (NYSE: LZB) 7% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.31, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.26. Revenue for the quarter came in at $366.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $349.4 million. The company also increased its quarterly dividend by 50% to $0.06 per share.

BioMarin (Nasdaq: BMRN) 6.1% HIGHER; announced that the Endocrinologic and Metabolic Drugs Advisory Committee (EMDAC) of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) voted in favor of approval of Vimizim for the treatment of Morquio A syndrome, also called Mucopolysaccharidosis Type IVA (MPS IVA). Of the 21 panel members, 19 voted in favor of approval of Vimizim for use in all MPS IVA patients, 1 voted in favor of approval for a subgroup of MPS IVA patients, and one panel member voted to not recommend approval.

Aeterna Zentaris Inc. (NASDAQ: AEZS) 5.6% LOWER; commenced an underwritten public offering of units, consisting of common shares and warrants to purchase common shares. The pricing and number of Units as well as the exercise price and duration of the warrants will be determined in the course of marketing.

China Digital TV Holding (NYSE: STV) 5.3% HIGHER; reported Q3 earnings of $0.08 per ADS, versus $0.19 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $23.45 million, versus $20.7 million reported last year.

Seaspan Corporation (NYSE: SSW) 4.8% LOWER; plans to offer 3,500,000 Class A common shares in a registered public offering.

Nuverra Environmental Solutions (NYSE: NES) 2.8% HIGHER; Cowen initiates coverage with a Outperform. PT $3.25.

Gladstone Commercial (Nasdaq: GOOD) 2.6% LOWER; plans to sell shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. The Company also plans to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase additional shares of common stock. Jefferies LLC and Janney Montgomery Scott LLC are serving as the joint book-running managers for the offering. Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. is serving as the lead manager.

Aeropostale, Inc. (NYSE: ARO) 2.5% HIGHER; In a 13D filing hedge fund Hirzel Capital Management LLC disclosed a 6.02%, or 4,728,665 share, stake in the company. This is up 5.22% from the 4,494,158 shares disclosed in a 13G filing dated November 5, 2013. Hirzel said it may have talks with management and changed its filing status from 13G to 13D to reflect the now 'active' investment.

Herbalife (NYSE: HLF) 2.4% HIGHER; holder William P. Stiritz filed a 13D, versus a prior 13G filing. He reported owning a 6,464,200 share, or 6.38%, stake in the company versus the 5,382,362 share, or 5%, stake he noted in the original 13G on August 26, 2013.

Yahoo!, Inc. (Nasdaq: YHOO) 1.8% HIGHER; announced that it proposes to offer $1 billion aggregate principal amount of its convertible senior notes. The company also raised its buyback to $5 billion.

Graphic Packaging Holding Company (NYSE: GPK) 0.9% LOWER; announced an underwritten, secondary public offering of 47,866,348 shares of its common stock by certain of its existing stockholders.
