Eastman Kodak Co. (NYSE: EK) 15% LOWER; mixed ruling in ITC case vs Apple and RIM

Oshkosh Corporation (NYSE: OSK) 8% HIGHER; major activist investor disclosed a 9.51% stake after the close. Icahn said he intend to seek to have conversations with management of the Issuer to discuss enhancing shareholder value.

Approach Resources, Inc. (Nasdaq: AREX) 5% HIGHER; will replace California Pizza Kitchen Inc. (Nasdaq: CPKI) in the S&P SmallCap 600 index after the close of trading on Wednesday, July 6, 2011.
