Coventry Health Care, Inc. (NYSE: CVH) 20% LOWER; cut second quarter and full year 2008 earnings per share estimates. The Company expects second quarter diluted earnings per share (EPS) in the range of $0.55 to $0.57 and full year diluted EPS in the range of $3.65 to $3.75. The consensu sis $1.04 and $4.43, respectively.
Evergreen Solar, Inc. (Nasdaq: ESLR) 13% HIGHER; signed two new long-term sales contracts valued at approximately $600 million with United States-based groSolar and German-based Wagner & Co Solartechnik GmbH.
