Borders Group, Inc. (NYSE: BGP) 19% HIGHER; reports the bookseller is in talks with Jefferies, among other advisors, to explore restructuring of their debt-laden balance sheet.

Saba Software Inc. (NASDAQ: SABA) 11% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.02, $0.05 cents worse than the analyst estimate of $0.07. Revenue for the quarter came in at $26.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $29.05 million. Issues mixed FY guidance and additional stock buyback.

Xyratex Ltd. (NASDAQ: XRTX) 9% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.69, $0.05 cents worse than the analyst estimate of $0.74. Revenue for the quarter came in at $396.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $420.15 million. Sees Q111 EPS of $0.12 - $0.48, versus $0.44 consensus. Sees revs of $355 - $405 million, versus $365.5 million consensus.

XOMA (NASDAQ: XOMA) 7.8% LOWER; Phase 2a Trial Showed XOMA 052 Was Well Tolerated

Conceptus, Inc. (Nasdaq: CPTS) 5.6% LOWER; sees Q4 sales of $36.3-$36.6 million, versus prior guidance of $39-$41 million and the consensus of $39.34 million.

Immucor Inc. (NASDAQ: BLUD) 5.6% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.30, $0.03 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.27. Revenue for the quarter came in at $81.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $79.94 million. Sees FY11 EPS in range of $1.08-$1.18, vs. estimate of $1.13

Schnitzer Steel Industries Inc. (Nasdaq: SCHN) 4.5% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.64, $0.06 cents worse than the analyst estimate of $0.70. Revenue for the quarter came in at $675 million versus the consensus estimate of $676.49 million.

Volterra Semiconductor (Nasdaq: VLTR) 3.2% LOWER; sees Q4 revenues of $35.4-$35.6 million, versus the consensus of $38.4 million. Sees EPS of $0.20-$0.22, versus the consensus of $0.28. Sees 2010 EPS of $1.34-$1.36, versus the consensus of $1.42.

Dendreon Corp. (NASDAQ: DNDN) 2.7% HIGHER; will host a conference call tomorrow morning (9AM) to provide updates on U.S. commercialization progress, European strategy for PROVENGE, and pipeline progress.

Hauppauge Digital Inc. (NASDAQ: HAUP) 2.5% HIGHER; Sees follow-through upside after rising 54% today after announcing a Apple iPad TV product.
