Fusion-io (NYSE: FIO) 24% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.09, versus $0.15 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $106.6 million, versus $71.7 million reported last year. Sees Q113 revs up modestly from Q4. Sees FY13 revenue growth in the range of 45 to 50%.
Spreadtrum Communications (NASDAQ: SPRD) 13% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.58, $0.13 better than the analyst estimate of $0.45. Revenue for the quarter came in at $173.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $171.44 million. Spreadtrum Communications sees Q3 2012 revenue of $178-$186 million, versus the consensus of $184.8 million.
Scotts Co. (NYSE: SMG) 10% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $1.60, $0.30 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.90. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.06 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.11 billion.
DG FastChannel, Inc. (NASDAQ: DGIT) 10% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.02, $0.09 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.11. Revenue for the quarter came in at $96.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $100.7 million.
