Raises quarter dividend 19% to $0.50 per common share.
New bookings for Q4 were a record $17.67 billion.
Sees Q1 sales of $6.15-$6.35 billion, versus the consensus of $6.15 billion, and FY09 EPS in the range of $2.85-$2.93, versus the consensus of $2.88.
