FREMONT, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- ARYx Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: ARYX) today announced that it will present at the Oppenheimer 20th Annual Healthcare Conference in New York on November 4, 2009 at 10:15 am Eastern. ARYx's presentation will include an update on: the company's licensing efforts; the safety extension phase of the Phase 2/3 clinical trial EmbraceAC that tested the safety and efficacy of tecarfarin, an oral anticoagulant agent; the regulatory strategy for the development of tecarfarin following EmbraceAC; and, the recently announced corporate changes in personnel that prepares ARYx for those activities that will follow the out-licensing of budiodarone, an oral anti-arrhythmic agent for the treatment of atrial fibrillation.
