AGL Resources Inc. (NYSE: AGL) has approved an increase of $0.04 per share, or 2.3 percent, in the annual dividend to $0.44 per common share, or an annual dividend of $1.76 per share.
The dividend is payable March 1, 2010, to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 19, 2010. The ex-dividend date is February 17, 2010.
Yield on the dividend is 5%.
