Dendrite (Nasdaq: DRTE) 22.22% LOWER; warned for Q4, names new CFO, multiple downgrades.

Hayes Lemmerz (Nasdaq: HAYZ) 21.79% HIGHER; continued momentum from yesterday after reporting Q3 results.

Jamdat Mobile (Nasdaq: JMDT) 17.83% HIGHER; Electronic Arts Inc. (Nasdaq: ERTS) will pay $27 per share in cash to acquire the Company.

Dave & Buster's (NYSE: DAB) 15.06% HIGHER; to be acquired by Wellspring Capital for $18.05 per share in cash.

Alpha Natural Resources (NYSE: ANR) 14.41% LOWER; delays will cut Q4 revenues $10-15 million
