Ixia (Nasdaq: XXIA) announced that it will further delay the filing of its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the third quarter of 2013. Ixia filed a Form 12b-25 Notification of Late Filing with the SEC on November 13, 2013 reporting that Ixia expected to file its Form 10-Q by the extended deadline of November 18, 2013, but the Company was unable to file the Form 10-Q by the deadline. These procedures need to be completed prior to the filing of the Form 10-Q. Based on the review and procedures conducted to date, Ixia has not identified any material adjustments to its financial results for the third quarter of 2013, as previously announced on October 29, 2013, or any other prior period. However, the review and procedures are ongoing and there can be no assurance that Ixia will not determine that material adjustments are appropriate. Ixia is proceeding with the review and procedures as quickly as possible.
