Explanatory Note

This Amendment No. 1 on Form 8-K/A (this “Form 8-K/A”) is an amendment to the Current Report on Form 8-K of LCI Industries (formerly known as Drew Industries Incorporated, the “Company”), furnished on November 23, 2016 (the “Original Form 8-K”). The Company is amending the Original Form 8-K to include a reconciliation of EBITDA to net income on slide 41 of the presentation attached to this Form 8-K/A as Exhibit 99.1.
