On November 14, 2014, Jeffery G. Haines notified hhgregg, Inc. (the "Company") that he will resign as the Company's Chief Merchandising Officer for personal reasons. Mr. Haines will remain employed with the Company for a brief period of time in order to assist in an orderly transition. The Board announced that it will commence a search for a new Chief Merchandising Officer.
