Runstad, a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Wells Fargo & Company (the “Company”), informed the Company that she will not stand for re-election and will retire as a member of the Board at the Company’s upcoming Annual Meeting of Stockholders scheduled to be held on April 26, 2016.
