Item 8.01 Other Events.

Universal Technical Institute, Inc. (the Company) announced today that it has been informed by the U.S. Department of Education (ED) that ED intends to conduct an ordinary course program review of the Company's administration of the Title IV programs in which it participates for the Company's Avondale, Arizona campus and additional locations of that campus. The review is scheduled to commence on April 20, 2015 and will initially cover the 2013-2014 and 2014-2015 award years.
