Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
In connection with Resource America, Inc.'s (the “Company”) share repurchase program, on August 14, 2015, the Company agreed to repurchase 856,865 of its common shares. From July 1, 2015 through the date of this current report, the Company has repurchased an aggregate of 1,050,161 of its common shares representing 4.6% of the Company’s total outstanding common shares.
