Other Events.

Recurring Cash Dividend

On November 11, 2015, Inteliquent, Inc. issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors authorized and declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.15 per outstanding share of common stock (the “Quarterly Dividend”). The payment date for the Quarterly Dividend is December 9, 2015 and the record date for the Quarterly Dividend is the close of business on November 25, 2015.

A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

Inteliquent Declares Quarterly Dividend

Chicago, November 11, 2015 – Inteliquent, Inc. (NASDAQ: IQNT), the carrier for communication service providers, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per outstanding share of common stock. The quarterly dividend will be paid on December 9, 2015 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 25, 2015.
