Item 2.02.   RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.

During the second quarter of fiscal 2016, we changed our segment reporting to reflect changes in our organizational structure and management’s operation and view of the business.  We combined the global Respiratory Care business and the Welch Allyn operations into a new segment called Front Line Care.  Our Surgical Solutions segment now represents the surgical component of what was previously included in our Surgical and Respiratory Care segment.

We provided updated prior period segment revenue data for the second quarter and first six months of fiscal year 2015 in our most recent Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q, and we are issuing this Form 8-K in order to provide investors with similar data for all quarters in fiscal years 2014, 2015 and the first quarter of 2016.  The attached schedules solely reflect reclassified data, and in no way restate our previously released financial statements for any period.
