On November 25, 2015, Herbalife Ltd. issued a press release responding to the decision by the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California to grant the defendants’ motion to dismiss with prejudice the plaintiff’s third amended complaint in the matter of In re Herbalife, Ltd. Securities Litigation (formerly captioned Awad v. Herbalife Ltd., et al.). A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
